Arm day causing some soreness? Try this amazing deltoid stretch.
Lie on your stomach and cross one arm across the body keeping the upper arm bone under the chin with the palm facing the upward. Take your opposite arm down your side with the palm facing upward. The release of the shoulder of the arm down your side will create a deeper stretch for your deltoid on the opposite arm.
Ensure you do both sides and if you have any weird pain- back out of the stretch. 💜
